In Doors and Rooms 2 Chapter 2 Stage 8 (D&R 2, Chapter 2-8), you find yourself in a wrecked shopping mall. The only way to escape is through a locked door. Decipher a set of three lights and color combinations. If you are stuck or do not know the logic behind the answers, you have come to the right walkthrough. Main Escape

1. Mannequin: Examine the mannequin. Take her sunglasses. Open her purse and grab a USB memory stick.

2. Lens: Dismantle the sunglasses. Take the lens and insert it on the spotlight. Notice the wall display is a color wheel.

The main thing to note is that you have the three primary colors: Red, Green, and Blue. The second thing is that the primary colors have intermediate colors in between them.

   

3. Computer: Insert USB memory stick. The screen will turn on. Compare the image on the screen to the wall display. Notice the following from the color wheel chart in the previous step:
Red + Green = Yellow.
Red + Blue = Pink.
Green + Blue = Sky Blue.

What this means is that “Yellow” can be used to “complete” either Red or Green color. Pink can be used to “complete” Red or Blue color. And lastly Sky Blue can “complete” Green or Blue color.

With that in mind, we have prepared a simple chart for you to see the colors and how they extract out the password. The final password answer is 673821.

4. Exit: Locate the locked door. Open the padlock with password 673821 and push the button. You can now escape through the unlocked door.

B1. Head to the computer. Tap on the CD/DVD drive. A CD with a star logo will eject. You have found the bonus star!

Q1. Locate the tablet computer on the floor. The quiz is consisted of five set of dots. The dots corresponding to blinking of LED lights on the router. There are five LED lights on the router. You need assign the LED light number to the dots on the quiz.

Q2. The easiest way is to look at each one LED light individually. Count one at a time how many times it blinks. Start your LED countdown when all the lights blink at the same time. The LED lights blink at the following pattern:

LED# 1 blinks 5 times
LED# 2 blinks 4 times
LED# 3 blinks 2 times
LED# 4 blinks 3 times
LED# 5 blinks 6 times

Rearrange the blinks by reversing them in the order as shown on the quiz:
Four Blinks …. => LED #2
Five Blinks ….. => LED #1
Six Blinks …… => LED #5
Two Blinks .. => LED #3
Three Blinks… => LED #4

Put together the LED #’s and you will have the quiz answer: 21534

Finally, pass the quiz by entering the password 21534.
